On March 24, 2024, 37-year-old Marshone D. Sheppard was fatally shot outside the Taco Shack located in the 1600 block of 50th Street in Lubbock, Texas. The incident occurred around 1:51 a.m. when Sheppard, along with a group of individuals, was waiting to enter the establishment.
