On the night of August 10, 2024, at approximately 11:40 p.m., 35-year-old Samantha Armbrester Gutierrez was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in a shopping center parking lot located in the 20800 block of the Gulf Freeway in Webster, Texas. Emergency responders pronounced her deceased at the scene.
