On August 14, 2024, in Katy, Texas, 53-year-old Kelvin Hinton was tragically killed in a violent incident involving his girlfriend's estranged husband, Michael Maurice Mack. According to reports, Hinton and his girlfriend were asleep in her home on Wells Station Court when they were awakened around 3:30 a.m. by Mack, who had allegedly broken into the residence.
