On August 17, 2024, at approximately 2:30 a.m., the Pampa Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 1900 block of Beech Lane in Pampa, Texas. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds: 21-year-old Isaac Martin and a 16-year-old male whose identity has not been disclosed due to his age.
