Sebastian Capetillo, a 30-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on August 14, 2021, in Pampa, Texas. Capetillo was a well-known resident of Pampa and had a background as a correctional officer at the Jordan Unit in Pampa.
