On February 26, 2023, at approximately 3 a.m., authorities responded to a residence in the 400 block of Lancaster Boulevard in Lancaster, California, where they discovered 41-year-old Charles "Chuckie" Hall III deceased from a gunshot wound to the chest. The Los Angeles County Coroner's office later confirmed the manner of death as homicide.
Charles Hall III was a father of eight children and a grandfather.
He was the eldest of nine siblings and was known for his vibrant personality and protective nature toward his family. His family described him as someone whose energy could light up a room, always bringing jokes and laughter.
