Andrew James Chavez, an 18-year-old from Lancaster, California, was tragically killed on September 30, 2017. Chavez and his girlfriend, Clotee Annitinette Reyes, 19, attended an impromptu party at a friend's house in the 43000 block of 6th Street East in Lancaster.
