On July 18, 2023, 13-year-old Amadeus Rain Miller-Ramos tragically lost his life in Oroville, California. Born on August 10, 2009, Amadeus was fatally shot while riding in a stolen vehicle with three other juveniles. One of the occupants, a 16-year-old boy, was handling a firearm in the back passenger seat when it discharged, striking Amadeus, who was seated in the front passenger seat.
