On August 3, 2023, at approximately 12:37 p.m., 19-year-old Nicholas Alistair Neaimi-Pour was fatally shot in Irvine, California. The incident occurred near the intersection of Athel Avenue and Sego Street. Neaimi-Pour had entered the passenger side of a black Mercedes-Benz parked along the east curb of Athel Avenue.
