Jessie Garcia, a 47-year-old resident of San Diego, was tragically killed on June 7, 2020, in Irvine, California. The incident occurred on the southbound Interstate 5 freeway, where Garcia was fatally shot while traveling in a rental car. The suspect, Vincent Dulay Deguzman Jr., 39, was identified as the perpetrator.
