On August 9, 2023, in Danville, California, 13-year-old Evelyn "Evie" Isailovic and her 11-year-old sister, Amelia, were found deceased alongside their father, 44-year-old Nemanja Isailovic, in what authorities have identified as a murder-suicide. The tragic discovery was made when Danville police conducted a welfare check at their residence on Larkwood Circle around 5:20 p.m.
