On October 21, 2023, 16-year-old Ke'Marion Tucker, a resident of Brentwood and student at Liberty High School, was fatally shot at a house party in Oakley, California. The incident occurred at a residence in the 400 block of Shannon Way, where a gathering of teenagers was underway. Prior to the shooting, Oakley police had responded to a noise complaint at the location. Officers spoke with an 18-year-old female resident who was attempting to shut down the party as more youths continued to arrive. ...
