On November 7, 2023, at approximately 6:25 p.m., 41-year-old Peter Polasek was fatally shot inside his residence on the 900 block of Carpino Avenue in Pittsburg, California. Upon arrival, officers found Polasek suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
