Death by Force

On November 28, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., 31-year-old Antone R. Wiggins was fatally shot at an apartment complex located in the 10900 block of MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland, California. According to reports, Wiggins was inside another person's apartment unit when he was shot. After sustaining the gunshot wound, he managed to run a short distance before collapsing in the complex's parking lot, where he was pronounced dead by responding officers.
