On December 2, 2023, at approximately 6:46 p.m., 21-year-old Frank Perez Jr. was fatally shot in the parking lot of a business located in the 10600 block of Firestone Boulevard in Norwalk, California.
Upon arrival, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies found Perez Jr. deceased at the scene. Another man, whose identity has not been disclosed, was discovered inside a nearby business suffering from gunshot wounds; he was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
