On February 15, 2024, Nicole Kunz, a 40-year-old resident of Visalia, California, was found deceased in a home on Bailey Flats Road in Raymond, Madera County. Deputies from the Madera County Sheriff's Office discovered her body in a bedroom after responding to reports of a possible deceased person. Based on initial findings, authorities immediately began investigating her death as a homicide.
