On April 10, 2024, at approximately 2:00 a.m., 35-year-old Oscar Gonzalez was fatally shot while driving westbound on the 4700 block of Florence Avenue in Bell, California. His vehicle subsequently collided with a pole at Vinevale Avenue and became engulfed in flames. Responding officers from the Bell Police Department observed bullet holes in the vehicle and discovered Gonzalez with a gunshot wound to his torso. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
