On May 11, 2024, 32-year-old William Lara was fatally shot in the Central-Alameda area of Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Alameda Street and Washington Boulevard. Lara was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:57 p.m.
