On June 15, 2024, 41-year-old Miguel Trujillo Gonzalez was fatally shot during a disturbance at a residence in the 1700 block of Conestoga Drive in Merced, California. Merced Police officers responded to the incident around 3:41 p.m. and found Gonzalez inside the residence with a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
