On June 21, 2024, 63-year-old Corvette Benard Robinson was found deceased on a street in Los Angeles, California. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office determined the cause of death to be a gunshot wound to the chest, classifying the incident as a homicide.

Robinson was born on April 20, 1958, in Saint Louis, Missouri, and had been residing in Los Angeles at the time of his death.
