Neil Carpenter, aged 61, tragically lost his life on July 19, 1995, in Los Angeles, California. He was one of four victims in a shocking shooting incident at the Piper Technical Center, a city office building. The perpetrator, Willie Woods, a 42-year-old city worker, opened fire on his supervisors following a dispute over a negative performance evaluation.
