On July 28, 2024, in Hanford, California, 62-year-old Teresa Bennett-Hedrick was found deceased alongside her husband, 64-year-old Roger Hedrick, in their residence on East Magnolia Street. Earlier that morning, Roger had placed a 911 call around 8:40 a.m., reporting a domestic disturbance during which he claimed to have shot his wife after she allegedly threatened him with a firearm.
