On September 21, 2024, at approximately 1 a.m., deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 5100 block of East Imperial Highway in Lynwood, California. Upon arrival, they discovered 33-year-old Adrian Arturo Gaspar, a Hispanic male, suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso. Gaspar was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
