Jose Anthony Elortegui, a 29-year-old resident of Lynwood, California, was tragically shot and killed on March 7, 2017. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Elortegui was walking near his home in the 5100 block of Beechwood Avenue around 7:45 p.m. when a vehicle, possibly a white SUV, approached him.
