On September 26, 2024, at approximately 9:45 a.m., Napa police responded to reports of a shooting in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds outside a residence: 38-year-old Napa resident Georgina "Gina" Padilla and 54-year-old American Canyon resident and attorney, Ralph "Andy" Andino III.
