In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Nashville, Tennessee, the life of 26-year-old Tarrell Grant was tragically cut short. On April 23, 2023, gunfire erupted inside the Trap Up Studio, a hookah bar and lounge located on Hill Avenue. Grant sustained critical injuries during the shooting and was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his wounds.
