In the heat of a Nashville summer on the Fourth of July, 2023, the life of 16-year-old Etabo Malanda was tragically cut short. The young Black male was standing on the porch of an apartment at the Fallbrook Apartments on Dellway Villa Road when two armed individuals approached him.
