On September 9, 2023, 47-year-old Jenni Lynn Otten was fatally shot in Collierville, Tennessee. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. on Fulford Way, north of Carriage Crossing. Jenni's estranged husband, 52-year-old Eric Otten from Olive Branch, Mississippi, was identified as the suspect. He allegedly shot Jenni and another individual, Mark Cross, before fleeing the scene.
