Delcy Nahomi Hernandez, 14, female, was discovered on the morning of October 8, 2023, lying in the parking lot of the Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant in Monteagle, Tennessee, near the Marion–Franklin county line. An off-duty Franklin County deputy found her, and Monteagle Police, the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation responded to the scene.
