On the evening of Halloween in 2023, tragedy struck in the quiet community of Mascot, Tennessee, when 33-year-old Andrew Buckner was fatally shot. Knox County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call about a possible shooting at approximately 7:45 p.m. in the 8500 block of Old Rutledge Pike.
