On February 11, 2024, a series of violent incidents unfolded in Memphis, Tennessee, resulting in the tragic death of 32-year-old Mark Jones. The events began around 10:00 a.m. when Memphis police responded to a carjacking involving a Nissan Maxima. This incident was followed by several others, including shootings and additional carjackings, all believed to be connected to a single suspect.
