In the quiet town of Morristown, Tennessee, the life of 56-year-old Richard Wilburn was abruptly ended in a burst of violence. On a Monday afternoon, June 17, 2024, police were called to the High Street Apartments to investigate reports of a shooting. Inside one of the residences, they discovered Richard Wilburn, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The scene was processed, and an investigation into the circumstances of his death commenced immediately.
