On June 17, 2024, 56-year-old Richard Wilburn was found deceased in his residence at the High Street Apartments in Morristown, Tennessee. Responding to a call around 4 p.m., officers from the Morristown Police Department discovered Wilburn with an apparent gunshot wound.
