On February 15, 2023, in Swissvale, Pennsylvania, 7-year-old Lyla Campbell and her mother, Megan Campbell, were tragically found shot to death in their apartment. The discovery was made when first responders, initially called for a medical emergency, found the apartment door barricaded.
