The shooting took place shortly before 3 a.m., when an altercation inside the establishment escalated, leading to multiple individuals opening fire. In addition to Ms. Stuart, 44-year-old Nathaniel Smiley Jr. of Pittsburgh was also fatally shot, and seven others sustained injuries.
