On April 5, 2023, 14-year-old Kyle Lowman was tragically shot and killed in Darby, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. inside a residence on South 7th Street. Authorities reported that Lowman was shot 21 times by 17-year-old Shawn Parker from Greensboro, Maryland. The two teenagers had a history of personal disputes, which escalated fatally that evening.
