On September 12, 2023, at approximately 12:11 p.m., Lansdale Police received a distressing 911 call from 93-year-old Stanley Brown, who reported that he had just killed his 94-year-old wife, Florence Brown, and intended to take his own life. During the call, dispatchers heard a gunshot, and as officers arrived at the couple's residence on Concord Place in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, another shot was heard from within the home.
