In the quiet town of Butler, Pennsylvania, a Tuesday evening in November was shattered by a sudden act of violence that claimed the life of 47-year-old Christopher A. Waggett. On November 5, 2024, police were called to the 200 block of American Avenue around 9:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
