On November 8, 2024, a tragic incident unfolded in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, resulting in the death of 41-year-old Kimberly Day-Miller. Early that morning, at approximately 4:15 a.m., 22-year-old Ricky Shannon entered the apartment at 348 Sassafras Terrace, where Kimberly resided with her family. Shannon opened fire, shooting four individuals: Kimberly, her daughters Gabriella "Gabby" Morgan and Jennifer Day, and her husband Brian Miller.
