On January 31, 2023, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Durham police responded to a shooting incident in the 4100 block of Sudbury Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered four adult males suffering from gunshot wounds. Among the victims was 58-year-old Terence Kimble, who was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Another victim, 34-year-old Jason Epps, was pronounced dead at the scene.
