On March 6, 2023, at approximately 1:30 a.m., deputies from the Robeson County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a shooting near Oakgrove Church Road and Riley Circle in Lumberton, North Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Michael D. Farley deceased at the scene.
