Donny Gouveia, a 19-year-old Hispanic/Latino male, died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on November 4, 1991, after what police described as an assault. By the time morning arrived at Magic Island—along the shoreline near Ala Moana—someone discovered him gravely injured, and he did not survive.
