On November 12, 2023, in Benson, North Carolina, 25-year-old Tracy Marshawn Davis was fatally shot, allegedly by his 15-year-old brother. The incident occurred at their residence on South Pleasant Coates Road around 6:15 p.m. Following the shooting, Davis was transported to WakeMed Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
