Upon arrival, officers discovered Judy Ingram, 55, and her husband, Randy Ingram, 57, both dead from apparent gunshot wounds. A firearm and other evidence were recovered near the victims.
Judy Belinda Lane Ingram, born on January 10, 1969, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, was a devoted mother and grandmother. She owned and operated Carolina Quality Cleaning Service, known for her dedication and high level of service. Judy was celebrated for her quick wit, infectious laugh, and love for traveling and fishing. She is survived by her mother, Sarah Elizabeth Moore Lane; daughters, Jessica Nicole Ingram, Samantha Ingram Bundy, and Austin Marie Ingram; grandchildren, Hayden and Hudson Bundy; sister, Carolyn Lane Meads; and brother, Joseph Carroll Lane Jr. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Carroll Lane Sr., and sister, Tammy Lane McDonald.
