In the late afternoon sun of a spring day in Dunkirk, New York, the life of 36-year-old Antonio Jabbar Watts, Sr. was irrevocably altered. The male victim was initially transported to a local hospital before being airlifted to a medical center in Buffalo for more intensive care. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, Antonio Watts succumbed to his injuries on Friday, June 2, 2023.
The Dunkirk Police Department, assisted by the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office, quickly launched a homicide investigation.
