In the late afternoon sun of a spring day in Dunkirk, New York, the life of 36-year-old Antonio Jabbar Watts, Sr. was irrevocably altered. On May 23, 2023, what began as a verbal dispute in the vicinity of 88 Maple Avenue escalated with tragic finality.
