Julian Duman, a 21-year-old resident of Dunkirk, NY, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2017, in a shooting incident. The events unfolded around 10 p.m. when the Dunkirk City Police received a call from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s dispatch reporting a shooting at the corner of Lake Shore Drive East and South Zebra Street.
