An argument in the waning hours of a Sunday afternoon in Phoenix, Arizona, escalated into a fatal shooting that ended the life of Salvador Amador, a man in his mid-thirties. On November 20, 2016, police were called to an area near Thomas Road and 16th Street around 5:15 p.m. where they discovered Salvador Amador with gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved too severe, and he was pronounced dead.
