On February 26, 2024, at approximately 4:42 AM, Yonkers police responded to a report of an injured man in a red pickup truck near Willow Street and Mount Carmel Place. Upon arrival, officers found 51-year-old Francisco Gordillo with a gunshot wound to his head. Despite life-saving efforts, Gordillo was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
