Inside her own apartment, Denisha's life had been brought to a violent end.

As detectives delved into the case, their focus quickly narrowed to an individual close to Denisha. The investigation led them to her boyfriend, James Cook. Evidence suggested a domestic dispute had escalated to a fatal confrontation.
