On June 1, 2023, Aaron Lee, a 39-year-old resident of Florissant, Missouri, was fatally shot in the Fountain Park neighborhood of north St. Louis. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Bayard Avenue, near Page Boulevard, where Lee sustained a gunshot wound to his leg. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
At the time of the incident, authorities had not released information regarding any suspects or arrests related to Lee's death.
