On October 8, 2023, 66-year-old Ronnie E. Winnett of Joplin, Missouri, passed away. Born on November 13, 1956, in Joplin, he was a lifelong resident of the area. Ronnie earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Missouri Southern State College and worked in security at Freeman Hospital until his retirement in 2021.
